Once again, Prime Minister returns to Ivrea — the free, non-partisan school of politics dedicated to young women, which OLI – Adriano Olivetti Leadership Institute has proudly hosted for five years.
Lessons for the new edition begin in October 2026 and run through June 2027.
What Prime Minister is
Prime Minister is a non-partisan school of politics that guides young women on a journey of awareness: of their own abilities, their own potential, and their own voice in the world. Through workshops, meetings with leading figures from the political, economic, cultural and social spheres, and events open to the local community, the students gain transferable skills, learn ideas and practices of social innovation, and build ties with the community in which they live.
It is a project that speaks the same language as OLI: we believe that leadership is a skill that can be learned, and that practicing it is an educational endeavor that makes communities more aware, more inclusive, and better equipped to face their own challenges of change. Investing in the education of today's young women means preparing tomorrow's political class and nourishing the process of social innovation that can lead to true gender equality.
Who it is for
The Ivrea school is aimed at female students from the Canavese area between the ages of 17 and 19: curious and passionate young women who want to meet others like themselves, get to know themselves better, and learn ideas and practices of social innovation.
