QUALITY POLICY
Through the management of the Quality Management System, the Management aims to achieve the following objectives:
Analyse the business context by identifying external risks and opportunities, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of internal processes. The goal is to seize opportunities and make business risks acceptable.
Improve the company’s ability to understand and develop the needs of all stakeholders, particularly those of clients, and to respond to them promptly.
Strengthen corporate reputation and visibility by improving external communication and fostering collaboration with international players (Adaptive Leadership Network).
Identify, reduce, and/or eliminate non-conformities found in processes and services.
Collect suggestions for improvement provided by clients, including through the analysis of complaints.
Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, while ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with current regulations and applicable laws related to the company’s operations.
Define objectives and targets, to be integrated into operational management and business development plans.
Adequately motivate employees, also through structured training programs aimed at enhancing skills.
Implement solutions that promote a relaxed and stimulating corporate environment.
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality System in meeting specified requirements and providing evidence of service compliance.
Management is committed to planning and implementing a continuous involvement process for all staff to foster awareness of quality-related concepts and tools. The quality system must operate in compliance with the requirements of the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
All staff must contribute to the achievement of the objectives outlined in this document.
Any changes to the Quality Policy will be defined by Management during the system review.
This document is distributed to all relevant parties so they can operate in line with its contents.
