Talent Program and Identity

Case Study: Working on Identity in a Corporate Context

Project Overview

As one of the leading banking institutions in Europe, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group faces significant challenges in a constantly evolving market, including:

 • Digital transformation and the need to adopt innovative technologies;

 • Adapting internal policies to respond to new regulations;

 • The evolution of consumer preferences, increasingly geared towards personalized and digital experiences.

Objectives

OLI was commissioned to design and implement a training and development program to support the organization in:

 • Enhancing the skills of emerging talents and mid-level managers;

 • Fostering an innovative mindset capable of driving change;

 • Strengthening leadership and improving human resource management.

Work Undertaken

The project involved several targeted initiatives, including:

 • Training of over 400 participants in the Talent programme;

 • Engagement of 80 Middle Managers in personalized development journeys;

 • Launch of 2 active projects at the national level;

 • Activation of an international project to export the work model to a new context.

The activities included interactive workshops, coaching sessions, and the application of practical tools to tackle everyday challenges in a complex corporate environment.

Results Achieved

The project results demonstrate the effectiveness of OLI’s approach:

 • Satisfaction index above 85% among participants;

 • Improved analytical and strategic thinking capabilities among talents and managers;

 • Increased engagement of younger talents, creating a more engaging and motivating environment;

 • Enhanced team management, with greater motivation and a more positive working atmosphere.

Thanks to this initiative, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group has strengthened its ability to innovate and adapt to new market demands, building a solid and future-oriented leadership. This project stands as a concrete example of how targeted training can generate a significant impact in complex corporate contexts.
