Our formation community continues to Grow

The October Adaptive Leadership Trainers Course Concludes Successfully

“We have brought our secret weapons to every part of the community: books, cultural courses, technical assistance in the field of agriculture. In the factory, concerts, exhibitions, and debates are held continuously. The library contains tens of thousands of volumes and journals from all over the world. At Olivetti, intellectuals, writers, and artists work—some even in leading roles. Here, culture holds great value.”
Adriano Olivetti

These words by Adriano Olivetti continue to remind us that culture and education are not peripheral to work, they are its most authentic driving forces. In this tradition, the Olivetti Leadership Institute renews its commitment to cultivating people and communities capable of facing the complexity of today’s world with competence and awareness.

Training the Trainers

To educate, we need educators. The Adaptive Leadership Trainers Course, held in October, concluded with great success, reaffirming the importance of building a network of professionals equipped to guide groups and organizations through processes of learning and change.

Throughout the course, participants explored training practices and the dynamics of group facilitation. The experience provided spaces for dialogue, reflection, and experimentation, creating new connections between professional expertise and human development.

A Growing Community

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants who, with enthusiasm and a spirit of collaboration, made this journey one of shared growth. Our community of trainers continues to expand, and with it grows our collective capacity to make a difference in the environments in which we work.

The OLI thus reaffirms its dedication to promoting a culture of leadership grounded in Olivettian values — humanity, responsibility, and knowledge as instruments of collective transformation.
