A day with the Michelin Board

Some days ago we had the pleasure of welcoming the Michelin Board to Ivrea for a visit and leadership training session hosted by the OLI - Adriano Olivetti Leadership Institute Leadership Institute and Fondazione Adriano Olivetti.

The day opened with a warm welcome from the Mayor of Ivrea, Matteo Chiantore, followed by a tour of the UNESCO site, and proceeded after lunch with a presentation from Beniamino de' Liguori Carino on the history and legacy of Adriano Olivetti. The session continued with a workshop on Generative Leadership, curated by Stefano Zordan and Francesco Gagliardi.

Huge thanks to Michelin’s company managers Florent Menegaux & Yves Chapot and the executive committee members who participated: Adeline Challon-Kemoun, Benedicte de Bonnechose, Maude Portigliatti, Pierre-Louis D., Alexis GARCIN, philippe jacquin, Manuel MONTANA and Jean-Claude PATS; and to Bertrand PIGEAT head of L&D in Michelin and also Imane Terrab and Bruno Songane from WDHB for the splendid coordination. Holding a space that unites the legacy of Olivetti with Michelin’s leadership vision felt noble. It’s rewarding to do work that matters and to do it with people who care. We hope to see you again soon!
