Francesco Gagliardi
Francesco Gagliardi is a board member and lecturer at the Adriano Olivetti Leadership Institute.
He holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from University of Oxford, and later studied Management at Bocconi University, as well as Philosophy and Theology at University of Lucerne.
He worked for eight years at Google, managing one office in Italy and another in Istanbul, overseeing a total of 150 people and an annual business volume exceeding $150 million. He has also been a partner and advisor to the start-ups ProntoPro and Serenis, both of which achieved successful exits.
He currently teaches Economics of Design at the Politecnico di Milano and Strategic Management at IES. At the Politecnico, he also led the Interactive Laboratory on Ethics and Decision-Making. He is the founder of Cascina San Boezio, a center for inclusive Catholic spirituality, where he lives.
At OLI, in addition to his administrative role, Francesco is involved in training activities for large companies and organizations, working with executives and leading ethics workshops.
