Stefano Zordan
Stefano Zordan, founder of OLI, holds a degree in Ethics and Politics from Harvard University, where he taught alongside the founders of the Adaptive Leadership approach. He earned a PhD in Education from University of Siena.
He has gained professional experience at the United Nations in New York and at Accenture in Milan. For Franco Angeli, he edited the Italian editions of The Practice of Adaptive Leadership and Raccontare il cambiamento.
Stefano has over ten years of experience as a trainer in Adaptive Leadership, during which he has trained thousands of people and collaborated with numerous companies across different sectors. His work has focused particularly on generational transitions, innovation in healthcare, transformations in the third sector, and corporate reorganization processes.
In addition to working full-time for OLI, Stefano teaches in several university master’s programs and is a member of the Board of the Adaptive Leadership Network.
