We combine the Adaptive Leadership approach with Adriano Olivetti’s philosophy of community to support individuals and organizations in their change challenges.
We see leadership as a learnable practice—essential for advancing the complex work of transformation.
Stefano Zordan, founder of OLI, earned a degree in Theology and Geography from Maynooth University in Ireland, followed by a master’s in Ethics and Politics at Harvard University in the United States, where he also taught alongside the founders of the Adaptive Leadership approach. He has gained professional experience at the United Nations in New York and at Accenture in Milan. He is also the editor of the Italian edition of The Practice of Adaptive Leadership (Franco Angeli, 2018) and Telling Change (Raccontare il cambiamento, Franco Angeli, 2024).
